Acquisition & Distribution Layer
ACQUITEX line includes high loft nonwovens developed with Airthrough Bonded technology to be used as ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) for the production of baby diapers, sanitary napkins and incontinence products.
ACQUITEX materials are available in a wide range of fiber mixings, colors, basis weights (from 15 to 150 gsm) and structures (mono or multi- layers). Our High Loft ADLs are worked out to achieve a superior Dryness through their key performances:
- Fast Acquisition of the fluid.
- Wide spreading of the liquid.
- Enhanced buffer function, high loft ADL works as barrier between the wet mass and the skin.
Our innovative production technology assures a thicker structure if compared to Airthrough Bonded products which are already available on the market. More recent developments bring to Multilayers Acquitex, High Grammage Acquitex, Colored Acquitex and Biodegradable Acquitex products.
