Topsheet + High Loft ADL
MULTITEX line includes multi-layers non- wovens developed with Airthrough Bonded technology.
MULTITEX combines one unique easy-to-work structure: soft topsheet and high loft ADL. The use of MULTITEX materials in the production of baby diapers, incontinence and feminine hygiene pads offers the converter great advantages, as:
- Improved performance: if compared to a similar standard structure composed of 2 separate layers, MULTITEX shows faster acquisition time and lower wetback, due to the absence of any kind of glue between topsheet and ADL;
- Cost saving: no glue, less transport and storage costs, possibility to reduce the whole basis weight of the structure due to better performance;
- Sustainability: less energy consumption to produce, to transport, to store and to convert the MULTITEX material.
Our innovative production technology assures a thicker structure if compared to Airthrough Bonded products which are already available on the market.
More recent developments bring to Multilayers Acquitex, High Grammage Acquitex, Colored Acquitex and Biodegradable Acquitex products.
