Topsheet
SOFTEX nonwovens are developed with Airthrough Bonded technology and are mainly used as topsheet in the feminine hygiene and incontinence fields.
The main benefits to use an Airthrough Bonded topsheet are softness and textile touch that cannot be achieved with alternative substrates, as for example spunbonded or perforated film.
SOFTEX materials are produced with bicomponent fibers which gives them superior softness when in contact with the skin and avoid any loss of fiber during the usage. They also allow to improve fluid intake time and retention compared to the most standard nonwoven topsheets.
SOFTEX layers can also be treated with a wide range of natural finishes as Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Silk Protein, Chamomile and additional substances.
The family also includes some EMBOSSED SOFTEX designed to add a fashion touch, with geometric or floral patterns, or a superior tridimensional effect.
